DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Kwerty is a free online typing test and practice platform. All features are available without registration or payment. We provide typing tests, practice modes, challenge systems, and performance tracking tools.

USER CONDUCT

Use the platform responsibly. Don't attempt to manipulate scores, abuse the challenge system, or interfere with other users' experience. Automated scripts or bots that interact with the typing tests are not permitted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Kwerty's design, code, visual themes, and branding are our property. Word packs may contain common words and phrases that are in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Kwerty's proprietary elements without permission.

Kwerty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We strive for accuracy in WPM measurements but cannot guarantee perfection across all devices and browsers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Kwerty is a free typing tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Use Kwerty at your own discretion.
